A view of NJ from the West Village. Normally you’d see the sun setting just to the right. No Venus Transit sighting for us :(. Guess we’ll wait for the next one next century. Considering how poorly the Landmarks Commission protects the Village, by that time we’ll be able to watch it from the top of a slew of 90 story glass high rises.
