Apparently some of the “locals” have an issue with our ownership claim on our new Catskill Mt house. This neighbor was sitting on the cliff watching us all day.

It’s done. After many months of searching, on Friday we finally bought a weekend house in the Catskill Mts. Lots of land, totally privacy, rock cliffs, a huge pond, and a 50 mile valley/mountain view. Next step is a 6 month renovation of the current home into a modernist getaway. Deep breath.
